"Tim responded promptly to my request, provided a quotation based on the details I gave which he later confirmed were accurate. He offered flexibility with days and times to do the job to find around my availability. When booked he checked the lights I had were suitable to comply with current regulations. He arrived at the agreed time on Saturday morning, no extra charge for weekend working. Discussed the job and completed in good time. The only observation I would make is that he did not check which way I would want to angle the lights, so a couple need turning. I have a small amount of filling and painting to do, the job overall was very clean and tidy. Tim offered to clean up further before leaving. The quote was very competitive and he did not increase it even though there was a little extra to do. I would definitely recommend Tim and I will use him again for any electrical work I have. "
