"Could not complete job Turned up on time and was pleasant enough, but had to go to B & Q with him to buy parts, could not then drain water tank as did not have right equipment with him. I will now have to return parts for a refund and job is still not complete. Basically waste of four hours of both or time on a Saturday ."
