Install 1 x extractor hood (cooker), 1 x power socket, Electric oven
Additional information: Its a kitchen revamp. All new units, Electric oven, (gas hob) Extractor hood, Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher. At the moment there are only 3 double sockets in the kitchen and the one near location of the new FF will need to move. Ideally I'd like fused switches for the all the appliences (not just the oven) rather than plugs into sockets. The new oven is <3KW and i've been advised that this should be fine off the circuit as is.
I will supply the items to be installed
Property style: Suburban
Really pleased with the work carried out. Pleasant and professional, would certainly have them back for other jobs.
Install 4 x power sockets Additional information: Job 1 - Insert 2 new double sockets and move 2 existing ones - approx. 2 foot Job 2 - Run electric to outside shed with power on 4 sockets - include light fitting (this job depends on price) but could be done as the cable needs to run along inside of lounge where one of the sockets are being moved I'd like the tradesman to supply the items to be installed Property style: Modern
TV Aerial installation to two new build two storey houses Customer is the landlord of this property Timing: Within 2 weeks
Came next day, rang half hour before arrival, gave competitive quote and did quick, tidy installation of aerials into lofts of two of my investment properties.
Excellent all round, professional service. Will use again.
Small, 25 year old Bungalow, NG3 3EU. Need a new light fixture putting in. One plug in one room needs checking - always suspected it had a problem and as of this weekend, if we turn the hot water on (boiler in loft), its not tripping the main box. So we need these things fixed, plus we're selling the house next week and we promised the buyer we'd get an electrician in to do a general health check (not necessarily a full survey, just a good once over). I'm hoping the boiler is just requiring a new element or something like that, but its beyond my level of basic knowledge.
Guys came round, I explained the problems and the guys fixed it. They were extremely courteous, professional, went onto do a full informal check of all the plugs and sockets in the house (not a full survey), found another couple of minor issues which they corrected. Then gave me the bill which was below what I was expected, and when you work out the time they were here and that there were two of them, really was pretty good value. I'm impressed, I'd use these two guys again.
I'm a plumber from rated people , one of my customers wants a new installation of a saniflo toilet. I need a fused spur running off the main rcd, this is approx. 3 ft away if that from where the toilet will be (under stairs). should be straight forward given its location.
I've booked the job in 29th May 2012 so i'd need a sparkie around 11am on that day. Thanks
Dan was awesome , he was very polite, friendly, professional and completed the job to an extremely high standard, he also turned up when at the arranged time. I will definitely be using him again and will be recommending him to my own customers and people I come across. He is a genuine quality guy and has sound knowledge and experience.
I have a new electric cooker that needs installing, light fittings to lounge, hall and bathroom to fit and an external porch light to wire and install. Timing: ASAP

Exterior and interior lighting work
Rewire 1 x bathroom, 1 x bedroom, 1 x hallway, 1 x kitchen, 1 x lounge/living room Additional information: I know i need couple of small jobs doing (removal of alarm /making safe - couple of new sockets fitted ) but also believe i will need a rewire as the electrical circuits are over 20 years old . Property style: Modern
Rewire 1 x bedroom Additional information: Recently mounted an LCD TV on our main bedroom wall (plasterboard). Looking to either: 1. embed the power and aerial cables into the plaster or 2. move the sockets to behind/beside the TV Reasons for this are to conceal cabling and give it a neat finish. TV is approx. 1m above sockets. Property style: Modern
Services required: replace a consumer unit / fuse box Additional information: Would like a quote for new consumer unit.
Also like a quote to run an external cable from current unit to kitchen to provide power for dual fuel cooker. Property style: Suburban
6 External lights, 2 at front of the property, 2 at the rear and 2 at the side.
Install 1 x light switch Additional information: The pull down light switch in the bathroom has broken which means the light and extractor fan are not working. I'd like the tradesman to supply the items to be installed Property style: Modern
We have a problem with our Boiler/immersion and Shower. They both keep tripping out and I don't know why. With regards the boiler system, that was installed two years ago. Now about four months ago it started tripping out the whole house whenever we put it on.
Our shower also trips out really sporadically. I have not been able to ascertain any pattern for it. It doesn't trip out in accordance with other usage in the house, nor at certain times or after a certain time. It can trip out during use and also when not in use (like over night or through the day) and sometimes we can't flick the switch to put it back on.
Quite annoying really as we don't have any hot water at the moment and often have to have showers down at the gym.
We would like someone to come and assess the problem and find out what is wrong and give us a quote for fixing it.
Regards and thanks

Unsold lead, updated details: basically repair the fitting or move it to another part of the wall as it got smashed and requires fixing, unsure of the cost but can not imagine it will take too long. Original: move a plug fitting to another part of the wall
