"Came on time, did the job quickly and cleanly and put up a couple of lamp shades for me as well. Could have charged more by completely replacing the fitting but said it only needed the bulb holder doing. Will keep him on my list of useful trades people as the repair was done on a rental property and i do not live in the area so need people I can rely on when needed."
