Landing light is permantly on, had to remove bulb suspect wiring problem. Switch needs installing for same light at top of stairs. Please quote for both jobs.

Replace a couple of interconnected smoke alarms (They are/were the BRK type popular in modern houses but are now discontinued). I have bought a newer BRK Dicon and a aico Ei141 (They only had one BRK Dicon in stock). I am under the impression I will have to change the Ei141 for a matching BRK Dicon because it might not be safe in interconnect two different types.
He did the job I asked him to do, turned up when he was supposed to and was friendly/helpful enough

we need power supply for a hottub that we are having on our patio. we do have some electrical power that used to run a water feature in the garden, but not sure this would be sufficient ?

Updated : I've upped the budget to under 250 Original : FItting of 2 addiotonal strip lights in attic(already one there) Fitting of 2 double sockets in attic. Replacement of hall light fitting (ceiling). I have the 2 strip lights, sockets, and light fitting for hall. Only thing I dont have is the cabling.
