From the moment Floyd arrived we were impressed with his approach, he made sure that he had all of the information he needed to complete the quote and he even had some brochures so we could pick the sockets and light fittings we needed. The quote arrived in a few days and we were happy to proceed. It was a big job as we replaced every socket, switch and quite a few light fittings. The standard of the work was excellent, Floyd is very friendly approachable and professional. He completed the job with minimum disruption . I would have no hesitation in recommending his work.

Rewiring a 5 bedroom Grade II farmhouse in Barrowden, Rutland. The house will be empty prior to start. Other work being undertaken includes full re-plumbing, replastering and installation of 2 bathrooms and kitchen, so chasing out etc not a problem. Wiring job will involve: relocating power sockets and lightswitches, new consumer unit and relocating meter, underfloor heating mats (2 bathrooms), fire-rated halogen downlighters in most rooms, cat 5e network sockets in most rooms, coaxial / satellite points in most rooms, smoke/heat alarms, PIR for front door, extractor fans in bathroom. I have full wiring diagrams and spec, and have costed materials through Screwfix & Amazon at £2200 inc. VAT, so if you can get it cheaper, fine, if not, it will be a materials provided job.
