Tried to change light bulb and the fitting sparked and fused all upstairs lights. Think it's a loose wire.
Mathew was very helpful and reliable. I would recommend him to friends and family.
I will contact him again for any future electrical work.

Electric sockets tripping out randomly. Been like it for years but now occurring every day. No pattern but normally trips RCB. Used socket tester with loop test. Picked up a problem with a socket and fixed it but problem still remains.
Turned up on time. Was very knowledgable and friendly and was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. Didn't charge for the parts he used.
Would definitely use again.

We have 5 spots in the ceiling of our bathroom. The middle spot has gone. I replaced the bulb and there is still no light. I suppose there is a faulty connection on the appliance
They were excellent. They found the fault immediatly, explained what they had to do fixed the issue quickly.
they even had the decency to take their shoes off as they came through the door!

Timer/Thermostat that controls Central Heating is not working properly and needs replacing. Current thermostat is ACL Drayton Digistat 3 and was fitted about 15 years ago.
Prompt and courteous and didn't want to make me fork out more than was needed. Also fixed the problem which also helps!

I need to fit a patio light to the outside wall and connect/wire via an internal fitting.
I have bought an external light.
The job was completed on time and to the standard I wanted. Simon was very helpful especially when I asked for the job to be done slight differently, he did not complain or make any remarks, he simply got on with the job and completed it absolutely fine. In the past when I have had jobs done and asked for a slight alteration the tradesmen have declined or made snide remarks - (S & R Construction case in point!)Simon was happy to oblige, if I have any other similar jobs I will certainly consider Simon again.

Downstairs lights don't work (living room, dining room and kitchen) but I can't work out why, also when the oven is on it often trips the whole house out.
Very friendly and service was great, prompt and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again and recommend.
