Job I need an approved electrical engineer registered with either the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting, (NICEIC) or with the Electrical Contractors Association, (ECA) to inspect and report a property I am trying to purchase in Llandaf north, Cardiff.

Job 2 small jobs: the first is in the kitchen, we have 2 small strip bulbs under the cupboards that no longer work, the bulbs aren't blowing, there just doesn't seem to be a connection with the bulb and the unit. 2nd Job: the light sensor on the front of the house doesn't come on when someone approaches the house. It's possible that the sensor itself may be wired wrong, or just broken.

Job Replace outside light by backdoor Fit security lights (x 2) to side of house (easy access) Fix/replace halogen downlighter in bathroom Fix/replace switch for fireplace - fuse holder broken Quote to replace existing pendant lights & spotlights with halogen downlighters in kitchen (not yet sure about this one, but need costing)

Job 1) trip switch for upstairs lights won't reconnect 2) replace extractor fan in bathroom 3) replace to external wall lights
