3 light fittings to be fitted one chandelier in the bathroom, one chandelier on the landing and one basic light in the attic. the attic has no electrics in as yet and is not boarded out nor does it have a loft ladder so access would be by an ordinary ladder.
What a super guy. Very punctual, gave a very good price and stuck to that price even though the job was more difficult than anticipated. He explained everything and I was able to learn lots about what he was doing. I would certainly recommend him and will use him again without hesitation. Thanks.

We are currently in the process of buying a house and in our Home Buyers report it was found that some electrical work will be needed.
The report was worded as follows:
"The property has an older style wired fuse box and there were relatively few electrical sockets particularly to the first floor bedrooms. There was also no visible supplementary earth bonding to the other services and the electrical installation is therefore potentially hazardous."
We would like a quote for the following:
- Check and test of existing electrical installation.
- Installation of a new fuse box/consumer unit.
- Supplementary earth bonding (If this is required. We're not exactly sure what this is.)
- Installation of 2 additional double plug sockets to 3 rooms (Living room and 2 bedrooms).
The property is a 3 bed terrace.
If possible could the quote be broken down in case we decide not to have the additional plug sockets installed etc.
