'voltage change in the terminal plates of the motor and of the heating elements, it is necessarily to disassemble the bridges connection as show in fig below"
I have had the two pages documents showing you how to do it from Salva. I Just need a qualified electrician to do it

I have done some alterations to the upstairs of my house, turned one bedroom into two with partition wall and opened up landing. I needtwo light switches moving and a ceiling light and light switch put into my new bedroom, also a ceiling socket put into my hallway downstairs.
