I have had to replace the oven in my integrated kitchen. The old oven and the new oven have different connections. I need a new socket to be put in so I can plug my new oven in. Ideally in a cupboard next to the oven or something so the oven sits back correctly in the space provided.
Friendly guy who showed up on time and did the job in the time he said so no extra charges. Really pleased with the work he did.

We do not have any power in our utility room and concervatory- these rooms are contected, and now my double oven cooker which is in the kitchen doesn't have any power. The RDS trip for the utility and conservatory keeps tripping- on the same one, the cooker hasn't tripped anything..
James was prompt, friendly and helpful will and have recommened him to others. PS he does like his coffee....

Recently moved in and have realised that where we thought there was an extractor fan going into loft there is actually just a light with a hole around it fitted to a flexible ducting with no in line fan attached and no external grille. There is a connector into the loft space that would fit to a rigid ducting. Would therefore like to fit a powerful but ideally fairly quite extractor fan onto the system and get it extracting to the outside. This could be through a wall, though a fascia (if you can fit it) or through the roof. Would also need timer connected to the light switch (long run time preferably) and an isolator switch installed. See photos for additional info.

We are buying a 1930s house, and our surveyor has recommended that we have an electrician look at the wiring and electrics prior to the exchange. It does not appear to have any RCDs or circuit breakers, so we would like someone to have a look to determine what work needs doing to meet current UK regulations and make it safe - and then provide us with a quote for that as well. I have two light dimmer switches that get very hot, so hot you can not touch them. One of them can not turn off, it had to be turned off by the mains.
