Budget I'm not sure

Job We would like to install the following: 1 hallway downlighter 1 decent bathroom light Recess lighting in the bedroom, working off a dimmer switch Recess lighting in the lounge, working off a dimmer switch. Angled recess lighting in the kitchen The lounge and kitchen are combined, whilst the hallway and bedroom are separate rooms. We have no idea of the cost, and would therefore welcome any quotes / recommendations on lighting schemes.

Budget I'm not sure

Job 'Rewire of property' Need to test the electrics and most likely to rewire the whole house, 4 bedrooms and 2 reception rooms. In addition replace all the sockets and switches. I have raised another job "testing electrics", but I gather I have not been specific enough, hence this request.

Comment Hi I was rather concerned about instructing an Electrician and therefore decided to use Rated Tradesman, for its very essence. I was contacted by 3 Electricians, two of which promised but never sent me any quotations or followed through. I was impressed by Steveâ??s professionalism, he turned up on time, stated what he would do, then he would follow through with his actions. Within days of his visit I received a fully detailed quotation with additional pricing and options, all being prompt and professional. My only concern was that he was travelling approx 1hr+ each way everyday and being over cautious my mind wandered off thinking, â??Steve probably does not work on his own doorstep, due to the ethos of his workmanship." All in all, I decided to instruct Steve to rewire my whole house. Steve undertook the task and exceeded all expectations. Any concerns or issues were dealt with in an amicable manner. I felt 100% comfortable leaving Steve alone within the house and he was extremely considerate to my heavily pregnant wife and child, by ensuring the house was safe and clean at all times. I have been extremely lucky that we had Steve rewire our house and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to somebody else, actually I champion it. Good people need to be supported and where creditâ??s due it should be paid. Thanks Steve. By the way, I am not a family member or on commission.
