"Eventually ( 5 weeks over expected finish date) we got the floor we wanted ,however due to the underfloor heating not being checked before installation as described on supplier info - only a third of one mat works. As this would have resulted in the whole floor being removed , we decided to leave it as it was. The first time the floor was'finished' there was raised areas( norsk tried to state this was due to the flooring provide by us- after discussion with the W.F.A this is normal and should be sorting in installation or finish completed by Norsk) and the finish marked with water - after numerous emails and requests and thanks to the sub-contractors john and courtney the floor was finished to a lovely standard. I do feel that the numerous problems we had , broken machines, unanswered emails, broken underfloor heating ,electricians who don't turn up are relatively rare with Norsk - but would advise anyone planning to use the company to not expect them to co-ordinate the job and go through the quote really carefully and if you ask specifically for a job to be done like sanding - what their understanding is of the word is! However I would recommend using both John and Courtney who where both professional and took pride in their workmanship."
