I'm not sure
I have just moved into a 3 bedroom house in Sutton. It needs a new kitchen and all the plug sockets are very old. I believe it needs re-wiring or a major overhall. I need the work done asap.
They were very reasonably priced, did a very good job and were tidy and polite. They promised to come back a few weeks later to finish the electrics off in my kitchen for me at no extra cost and they kept to their word. Highly recommended.

Just moved into a new house, and there are various small jobs that need doing - generally getting lights and extractor fans to work and that sort of thing (I don't even know how to change bulbs - LED ceiling lights) !
So, I'm looking for someone who can go round the house fixing stuff, and who can do this quickly and with high quality, and who is trustworthy.
Should take no more than an hour initially, and if anything takes longer we can discuss....

A few months ago the flat above mine had a leak and water came into my ceiling and dripped through my light fitting. The rose was ruined and every time I turned on the light the bulb blew and the circuit breaker tripped, turning off all the lights in the flat.
The leak has now been fixed but using the switch still blows the bulb and trips the circuit breaker. I need the problem sorted as I'm about to sell the flat.
