I'd like to extend the downstairs ring circuit a little to add 2 new sockets. The power needs to come from garage and under the stairs. I live in a split level house so it's a little odd. I could do it but can't find the time.

Have just moved house and need a few smallish jobs doing: putting up 2 light fittings in the kitchen installing hopefully 3 or 4 new double sockets if possible checking some wiring for me to see what it's for and whether it can be removed checking the fuse box as it appears to be pretty old.
Nik came out to quote quickly after I posted the job, was able to fit the job in around when it was convenient for me, did everything I needed within the budget i had, and no mess left for me to clean up- great. would use again.

I have just bought a new house and the electrics are over 40 years old. I am modernising the properyty therefore require circuit box to be replaced, the property to be rewired and additional sockets installed.
Although we had to delay the start date the electrician kept to the scheduled start and finish time and used his initiative to bring in assistance to get the job completed asap as we were living in the property whilst the work was being completed. The electrician was friendly and kept us updated at all times with the progress. He saved us money purchasing light/socket fronts and the electrics are all in working order. Overall fab job!

A house survey as raised concerns over the electrics in the house we are looking to buy, I need an electrical survey of the property along with quotes for any work required.
We required a periodic report on a house we were buying. The electrician was very prompt and did the work within a few days, I was kept informed via text message which was really helpfull. The report was easy to understand and also provided estimated quotes for any repairs that needed doing.

I have been told that i need an extra bit of fuse box and shower wired into it as my biggest fuse at the moment is not powerfull enough to cope with shower.
The electrican was polite and very helpfull going beyond the call of duty he had to chase some wireing into the wall and he then plastered it and retiled it. He made sure that he did the job for as cheap as he could and never left my house until the job was finished. I have kept his number for any other electrical work i need carried out. I would defenately recomend burrell electric for any job
