The stair lighting does not always go on , there seems to be a problem with the wiring of the upstairs and downstairs switches. Also, when downstairs lights are on the upstairs lighting goes off.
Excellent job and good value for money, however did not arrive on the arranged day, but phoned and came the next day.

The house was built in the 1960's and now needs to be updated and repaired. The wiring, sockets etc need renewing and updating. The house is an occupied semi detached with 3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet. More work is required but the first job is the electrics.
An excellent service and some excellent work from a great bunch of lads. The job was carried out spot on time and on budget. Thoroughly helpful throughout I would highly recommend Grainger & Hall to anyone. Considering the amount of work that was done the mess was minimal and the attitude first class.

All solid walls are back to brickwork (no plaster) so they do not require chasing. Full rewire necessary. Quote to include labour only and a list of materials required. Job will need to be done in a number of stages as we are currently delayed with a kitchen extension but the rest of the house is nearly ready for the electrics. Rough plan available upon request however we are still finalising exactly where we want each socket / light. Timing: ASAP
