Job Replace socket in bedroom and tidy earlier wiring for wall lights that weren't fitted. Fit light in another bedroom Check wiring for hall light which won't take low energy bulb Price for electric shower in upstairs bathroom

Budget Under £250

Job Kitchen wiring is not right. electricla sockets are working but often trip. the lights appear to run from 2 different switches and one set works but the other doesn't so only half the room is lit. The switch where the non working lights are connected to had smoke coming from it.

Job New consumer unit. Approx 40m of earthing cable. Testing/certification.

Budget Under £500

Job Need a new consumer board installed big enough to rewire 3 bedroom flat but only want to rewire kitchen initially. kitchen needs 3 double sockets but only one needs to be repositioned, 1 single socket and 3 spurs. I think the earth the earth on the water pipes might need upgrading.

Job As above, replaced light bulb still no light.Therefore, assume wiring needs checking. Also need some old plug sockets replacing.(2 rooms/3 sockets)
