We are in the process of purchasing a house. The house is located in Whitley Bay and is over 80 years old and has been poorly maintained in recent years. Our mortgage lender has requested that a NICEIC Engineer surveys the property to ensure it complies with current regulations. If satisfied and the sale completes we will then commission the electrician to carry out the work. We are looking to undertake a full refurbishment. We are looking for a free quote from an electrician with the correct qualification. We would need the quote documented and proof of the relevant qualification.
A really positive experience. Kenton House were fantastic communicators and exceeded my expectations in the speed and and quality of their delivery. Would highly recommend them as a company, especially Gary, as an individual.

Take down ceiling lights in kitchen and make safe to allow ceiling to be plastered. Fit new ceiling lights 2 days later.
Really good. Could highly recommend him. Will definately use him again. Nothing was too much trouble.

Connect two external floodlights and one external socket. Floodlights aready in location. Wire through existing hole in external wall for unused TV cable. Internal kitchen wall on/off switch to socket and lights requires mounting and connection.

I have some minor electrical jobs that need doing:
1. Installation of additional 2 gang socket in bedroom
2. Installation of single socket in hallway (on other side of bedroom wall)
3. Installation of light in loft
4. Replacement of motion-sensor security light
I would like good quality materials to be used, i.e. MK sockets.
Paul came out to discuss my requirements and gave me a competitive quote. He completed the job on time and work was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend and use him again. Don't be put off by the small number of ratings as he has only just started out.
