I need TV aerial leads run from the aerial in the loft down inside walls to 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The house is timber frame and the walls are stud partitions. I can't establish if there are noggins across the vertical studs. One wall is wallpapered, the other is painted. The loft is partially floored and there is a booster already in place.
Steven provided a reasonable quote which he then discounted. He turned up on time, completed the job and left no mess having suggested an alternate way of completing the task. I'd be happy to use him again.

Replace and fit a new air extractor in a bathroom. The one which is there refuses to go off - it is not just a case of altering the timer.

I'd like two light fittings changed in the house, I have two small chandeliers that I would like put up in place of the existing fittings
Was contacted within an hour of posting my query which was great and Jamie was able to undertake the job the following day. Very efficient and great value for money. Was also happy to give me advice on some other light fittings that I am having issues with and happy to return to fix them once I have decided on new fittings. Will definitely use again for work with the electrics in the house

Rewiring of shower. Replaced faulty Mira Sprint (8.5Kw) with a Mira Sport Max (10.8 Kw). The wiring now also needs upgraded to suit the new power requirement. Approx length of wiring 24 feet from the fuse box downstairs underneath the bathroom and shower.
The wiring goes up from the fuse box directly to the bathroom under the shower, then under the bath to a cupboard where there is an isolator switch, and then back under the bath and up to the shower. Currently on a 40 amp fuse but there is a 50 amp fuse if required as the instructions recommend at least 45 amps.
The job is to supply and fit new wiring - access under the bath will be made available in order to facilitate the job.
Kevin was a true professional throughout. He was pleasant and just concerned himself with the job in hand. I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin to anyone requiring an electrical problem solved.
