our house is over 40yrs old and as a consequence the fuse box and electrics need up dateing. A neighbour has recently been checked and the cables were fine.
We had heard horror stories of rewiring experienced by friends. In our experience this was not the case, lee turned up prompt and always well mannered polite cheerful and proffessional.The work carried out was of high standard,damage to existing plaster was kept to a minimum and replastered on completion,very clean and tidy. Lee's experience of rewiring was obvious in resolving any poor work carried out in the past,put in extra sockets,no added cost.Gave very competitive quote and would highly recommend.

The inmersion water heater knocked out the breaker in the fuse box and has burnt out it has stopped working and has a burning smell. The booster element needs to be checked as well
The job was done speedily from start to finish and CHS were spot on time for appointments charged what they quoted and cleaned up after. I would defiently use this trades person again.
