We are in a Victorian mid-terrace house and need to find out if our electrics are safe. We definately need a new fuse box as at the moment it is just an on/off one.
Very good at communicating. Clean and tidy. Would highly recommend him. Very professional manner.

Recently bought a property and need some work done on some very amateur electrics that have been done. In the front room in 2 places the mains wire comes up through the floor boards and has been split to run to 2 seperate wall sockets. The split is covered with electrical tape and the cables then run above the floor boards to wall sockets and the into the wall a few cm's below the socket. I need the wires properly chased into the wall from under the floor boards and the sockets made safe.
Very quick to call after [posting the job and very quick to come along and quote. David was very prompt and timely with his work and provided a fixed price for the job that was completed on budget. Would recommend to others and use again.

Change fuse box - all lights have blown and fuse box is out of date.
Very prompt and courteous response. Repairs were carried out with a minimum of fuss and cost. At a time when cash flow is a challenge I especially appreciated Mike's honesty in offering my a satisfactory but much less expensive option. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

We have an outbuilding which needs integrating with our existing supply to another outbuilding - have bought lighting/trunking/cable and consumer unit but need this fitted ASAP by a certified electrician - also need other work to be done (power, PIR light, heaters added) but lighting is the priority at the moment.
Good advice for a unique problem - work good - very pleased with outcome and cost

I am buying a bungalow and it is reported that the fittings are a mixture of modern and older style and appear to have been extended/altered suggesting partial rewiring in the past. I am advised to instruct a qualified NICEIC electrician to test the electrical circuitry and report as to its condition together with a quote for any repair/renewal. It was also reported to me that there is wiring in the loft which needs tidying up. I have no idea about price so will guess on that next page thank you

Our bathroom pull cord for the spot lights is not working, there must be a connection problem somewhere as the problem started by being intermittent and getting more frequent. Now it doesn't work at all. Also have a plug socket that doesn't work. I have no history on this socket, we just bought the house and it wasn't working when we moved in.

We currently have 3 spot lights in our bathroom that appear to be a sealed unit, and one of which does not work. As a result the lighting is very poor and not bright enough for a family bathroom. We would therefore like to put new spots in that are better than the ones we allready have.
