We're taking ownership of an end-terrace Victorian house on the 9th of March. Our homebuyers survey suggests there is need of some modernisation of the electrics. We believe it is PVC wires but the main board may need updating and a few other bits and pieces to ensure it's safe and reliable. Be good to get some advice on what needs doing and how much it'll cost!
