Lay underfloor heating mat (Warmup) on backer boards in kitchen - area of 19 square metres. Due to scheduling clash, my normal electrician can not lay the mats on the day required for the kitchen fitter, but he will complete all the wiring to connect them to my house circuit, we also have the mats so no need to supply. Laying the mat needs to be done on the morning of 6th November. Thanks!

I have a built in oven which needs wiring in. Also, I need a socket which is mounted onto the wall moved slightly to accommodate the housing unit. The wiring for this socket is covered in plastic covering and not chased into the wall.

The aim is that we would do as much of the work as possible with you connecting, testing certifying etc. I am competent but not part P qualified. Looking for someone sensible to work with us to keep costs down. Urgently required as we have been let down ....

Whole house (3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room) to be inspected, currently two light fittings and one plug socket appear to be faulty.
He came the next day after I posted the Job, was honest and open with my wife about what needed to be done when he came out. He fixed all the of problems we were having and at a reasonable price. I will be definately be getting him back do some additional work in due course. Thanks Dave!
