"Overall, we are happy with the work Tim and Andy carried out. However, we do feel a little disappointed with the 'finishing touches' - mainly the fitting of the skirting. It is 'poor' in places. Reliability was a bit of an issue - Tim did not confirm quote 'as promised several times' via email. Slow to return calls. Didn't turn up on 2nd second day due to breakdown. Flooring is already scratching in several places."
