Have purchased real wood flooring to cover 45 sq metres to cover our hallway, dining room and living room. Existing carpet will be removed. I also would like to have the existing skirting cut away at the bottom to fit the wood under them.
Peter was always accessible ahead of the project so although he is based in South Wales and I am in Bucks, I was comfortable that Peter was clear on what was required of the job. When on site, there was an issue with a slope on an area to be floored and Peter levelled the floor for us ahead of laying the floor. I am extremely pleased I chose to go with Peter, he was extremely hard working in the 3 days he was on the project, working 8:30 - 6 every day and the end result was fantastic - thank you Peter!

Andy has just finished laying a new wooden floor in our hall and study area and has done a great job. From the time of quote to work being carried out was less than a week. The quality of the wood is very good and was a reasonable price. We would highly recommend him.

One room - living room 20 meter sq laminate flooring, beading and underlay bought area cleared
Not a very good experience with this company: 1. Firstly, they didn't turn up with all the correct items to lay the flooring. 2. Assured us they would return to finish the flooring/edging within the next few days (bearing in mind they had at this point taken complete payment for the job) 3. After two days we had not heard from them. 4. Consequently, we called the owners on both their mobile and their shop number continuously for weeks on end. Only to be either fobbed off with "I will make sure someone calls you back..." or more often than not, refusing to even take the call. 5. Needless to say, they have not bothered coming to complete the job, or even contact us back since and we have consequently stopped wasting our money in calls and got a professional flooring layer to complete their job. We have however filed a report with Trading Standards and left it with them to deal with. Would seriously not recommend these guys.

These guys were extremely professional and friendly, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They cleared up as they went along and left no mess behind. The finished job looks fantastic.
