I am a landlord needing hardwearing but very reasonably priced carpets for rental property. Need one living room and 2 bedroom carpets and underlay, to be laid in about 4 weeks time after a refurbishment. Also need lino for a small conservatory.

Small bathroom floor ( 2.2mtr x 1.5 mtr ), need new vinyl ( supplied ) cutting and fitting, needs cutting around toilet and pedestal. Ply over floor boards all ready in situ, also need bar where it meets carpet in hallway under the door. Happy to pay cash.
Nice friendly guy, good clean job, kept us informed of his arrival time.
