I have a wooden floor (not a real wood i think) - parquet style which has been down in the house for a long time . It covers a large area and rather than replace i would like advice as to whether it can be sanded and polished It is scuffed and dirty in parts depite constant cleaning.
Absolutely first class in all respects. We didn't think our wooden floor in the hall and sitting room could be restored as it had many deep scratches and water damage. The result is really incredible. it is like a new floor. Dave and Elaine are very professional skilled and perfectionists . I would recommend without hesitation . We are booking them for more work .

I would like to fit wooden floorboards in my dining room, which currently has tiles on top of a concrete floor. The dining room runs into the lounge, which has wooden floorboards in it and the current floor level in the dining room is slightly higher in the dining room so I think there would be a requirement to dig down in order that the two floors are at the same level, which I'm not even sure is possible.
