I need an entire downstairs floor area of a 3 bed 1950s semi levelled Hallway and kitchen currently quarry tiled (not original and fairly level) which I will remove if needs be. Other floor area in adjacent front room is concrete overlain with lino tiles and has settled in places creating an uneven surface that can be noticed underfoot (currently carpeted). The difference in floor level between the quarry tiled and other floor is approx 20mm at the boundary and difference between quarry tiles and low points in concrete floor is potentially 40 mm. I understand there are some self levelling products that can be poured over existing floors up to 50mm? I intend to have the floor finished with tile / wood or possibly Karndean vinyl (not part of quote).

Need someone to fit our floors - solidwood oak floor T&G type, 18mm thick and 120mm wide planks, already acclimatised. Floor to go on concrete with a foam/DPM underlay, floating but glued on T&G. total area 35 sq.m (Need to be done urgently, preferably this weekend)
We're extremely pleased with Graham's work on our property. He fitted our solidwood oak flooring and skirting throughout which i must say, looks immaculate. His reliability and 'attention to detail' is worth mentioning. I would strongly recommend his services.

The tiling on our bathroom floor is done on such an angle around pipes that water has ingressed underneath the tile and rotted the wooden bathroom flooring underneath. We are looking for a way to resolve this issue and whether this can be done by re-tiling or relaying the floor, or whether we are looking at the bigger job of relaying the wooden 'waterproof' underfloor to the bathroom.
