Budget Under £500

Job fitting some second hand, modern style (tongue and groove) maple wood parquet to an area of new floor. The area is between 8 and 9 square metres. The parquet has remnants of glue which needs to be removed although it is possible we could do this ourselves. Once laid the floor would require a light sand and varnish. Again, depending on cost of the actual laying, we may need to do this ourselves.

Budget I'm not sure

Job One room involved. Section of existing oak flooring damaged by water leak, (swollen and warped) need lifting and replacing.
