"Overall I am pleased with the natural finish and board replacement. The workmen were friendly & hard working. Throughout the job I had insisted that all of the old rubber underlay be removed from between the floorboards prior to any finishing. This did not happen so I requested that the team return in order to rectify this matter. However, even after the second visit I still had to spend time removing remnants of the old underlay, which was disappointing. The reason for the lower rating is due to a lack of attention to detail (being thorough) at the preparation stage, especially given the fact that I had already removed most of the old underlay from within the grooves before seeking a quote from this company. Despite this I would consider using them in future. "
