Replacing laminate flooring and cermaic tiles with Karndean or Amtico . I require a quote for the lounge, kitchen and dining room. Supply and fit.
This tradesman was due to call at 12 noon today to quote for laying flooring for the ground floor of my house. He has not arrived and neither has he rung me to apologise or explain why he has let me down. This is the third person I have tried to get a quote for this job and I still am no further forward. Very frustrating and a total waste of time! This man is totally unreliable so be warned if you are considering asking him for a quote. I notice from other reviews that he does this quite frequently.

Quote required for partial relay of solid oak flooring and oak skirting to lounge area. This is due to the original fitter doing a very poor job, the floor boards were not fitted with an expansion gap, and he did not level the floor properly in one area near the front door. The oak skirting boards are a real mess, don't fit correctly and should have been fitted to cover heating pipes and cables in a neat fashion. I think some will need to be replaced.
