"I never like leaving negative feedback but unfortunately in this case I have to. I contacted Mark Bates several times about viewing the job and getting a quote, each time he stated he was still interested and changed the date and time - but sadly never arrived, so obviously I went elsewhere. I cannot comment on his work - he never showed up, but unfortunately he lacks both communication and reliability skills. He may have a valid reason, but not even a phone call or a text, although I personally contacted him several times. I much prefer to use local tradesmen, but in this case, sorry I cannot recommend this guy."
