Require them to be done on 19/12/12 before moving 21/12/12. Kitchen fit has stalled after finding a dual level concrete base under tiled floor. All kitchen ripped out and old floor tiles ripped out - urgent floor screed required as kitchen fit cannot proceed until floor levelled. Bitumen coating on concrete base. We cannot proceed until floor is done and we have no kitchen at present. Please help.
