We are coming to the end of building work with the need for an experienced fitter of Amtico spacia vinyl tiles in kitchen and bathroom (incl: front panel of bath). Approx size 25 sq. metres, tiles 450 sq. We have tiles and adhesive and hope the builder will have levelled floors prior to leaving. Could you quote from this info giving possible start date and duration of work? Location Boscombe/Bournmouth.

Im after a rough estimate (including all labour and all materials etc) on the cost of fitting laminate flooring to our downstairs (semi detached house). There are 2 rooms and a small passage which are all connected. Total area is approx 28.5 meteres square. The type of laminate flooring depends on the cost - would be useful to know the cheapest type and also how much for the real wood layer on the top laminate flooring
