I have an Edwardian floor that we would like to sand. It then needs to be waxed or finished in some way. There is a small patch which has been filled with chipboard so we would want that put back to boards. The room measures approximately 14 feet by 15 feet.
We would thoroughly recommend Lee's work. He has just completed our work and he proved to be very reliable, highly skilled and his attention to detail was second to none. Very good value for money too. We will certainly use him again and recommend him to our friends.

We have purchased the flooring and underlay (B&Q) to match existing flooring in the house and would like this fitted. Work may also include providing and fitting skirting boards.
Absolutely Brilliant!! We had B&Q flooring which Richard fitted so well that we had 7 boxes to take back to B&Q. He did an absolutely brilliant job, the finish is excellent and tidied up after he finished. He has restored my faith in tradespeople! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

kitchen area currently 605 floorboards and 40% concrete with tiles. I need to get one level surface throughout then lay vinyl. to acheive this I assume 5mm plywood plus several screed layers over the concrete. must be perfectly flat or it will show under vinyl. currently wood area is empty and tiled area has galley style units etc. may swap this over e.g. once ply down move units and replum sink and gas to that end of the room and move one rad - allowing the complete concrete area to be accessed and worked on.
1st class service. various options of how to complete the job at various costs. turned up on time and on the days agreed. very high standard work and very reasonable rates too! I will use this company again for any further flooring projects!

hallway and lounge all had up to 17sqm ive got all the stuff just need a fitter.
I used this company to do my laminate floor, i checked all his references and they all come back to what he told me about him self his very professional and very very good at his job it took me long time to find someone because of the quotes i was getting from this website they were all starting from TWO HUNDRED POUNDS to TWO HUNDRED NINTY POUNDS thats people that have very good feed back i know alot of people would go for buliders that have very good feedback and i was going to do the same but i took a chance and did my homework checked his references and found this company who did it for me for HUNDRED AND FOURTY POUNDS, but his work was very high standard, professional and very very GOOD RATES i will definetly use this company again and have allready recomended him to friends and familey thats how good he was at his job. FAST , RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, GOOD RATES, VERY WELL MANNERED, PROFESSIONAL.

Not sure of the area, but only the hallway needs the laminate flooring.
Needed laminating the hallway. Simon did a great job. He came in to see the area needed laminating and the quote was very realistic. He arrived on time on the said date. We are very pleased with the outcome. I will recommend him to anybody looking for carpentry jobs.

To lay a solid wood floor (junckers) in 4 bedrooms and a hallway - upstairs only initially. Largest room = 15 x 17, smallest 9 x 10.
The floor squeaked as the floor boards underneath hadn't been nailed down properly by the builder. Max was happy to come back and sort the squeak out for us. He was very helpful and we are very pleased with our new floor.
