"This is a really nice fellow, very patient and agreeable nature, gets on with the job and quite good at "making do". But I also found him careless (damaged some of my own goods) and not able to procure a good finish to his work - I have spent hours putting things right and will probably need to get someone else in to correct one part of the work, so I was overall quite disappointed."
