Budget Under £500

Job HI, I have just bought a new house and get the keys on 1st of May. I would like to put solid wood flooring down in the ground floor of the house before we move in. Ideally I would like this done as soon as possible after getting the keys on the 1st of May. According to the floor measurements from the house schedule, the floor area needing covered is about 51.6 sq m. There is currently carpet on the floor, I dont know what is under the carpet, but the house is around 30 years old so I suspect it is just floor boards. There would be no furniture to move, as the house would be empty. I would like a quote for how much this would cost, thanks.
