Hello, job required to lay real wood flooring (single oak plank from homebase) in living room (4.22m x 3.07m), dining room (4.37m x 3.48m) and hallway (1m x 3m). Need to know cost of taking up old laminate flooring and replacing it with the new underlay and flooring that I have already chosen. All rooms are regular rectangular shape. Skirting boards will need to be taken off and put back on again. Please can you submit a quote for fitting and I will arrange viewings for a more accurate quote in a couple of weeks time. Wood effect for hallway and dining room and slate effect for kichen. Will source flooring myself (unless you can recommend).
