Lay insulation, underfloor heating mats & then lay laminate (Elec underfloor heating mats, insulation boards, probe , thermostat and laminate already purchased) MUST be able to multi-meter test the underfloor heating mats throughout installation of the laminate to ensure no circuits are broken when laying laminate; as this forms part of the warranty. No connection to electrical supply is necessary whilst testing. Final connection of underfloor heating to electrical supply will be carried out by my electrician. Initally to lay all the above in conservatory, underfloor heating = 10m2, insulation boards and laminate approx 11m2. Full instructions for underfloor heating mats are available. Simple square shape, so will be nice and easy for experienced professional. Living room to be re-vamped so more work a distinct possibility if all goes well.
Peter was professional, arrived on time and I'm pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend Peter for any flooring project; in fact I've already booked him to complete the flooring and underfloor heating in my lounge.
