Budget Under £250

Job My new laminate flooring in my klitchen has been fitted and I am mostly pleased but my original floor was not llevel and this was not rectified before the new floor was fitted. The floor is mostly if be except in two corners where you can see gapping under the plinths.

Budget Under £500

Job Sanding and sealing of parquet flooring in hallway. It's one continuous area in an L-shape, less than 6.5m2 in total. Existing floor is very sound, but just needs refinishing to smarten it up a bit. The parquet is laid in square, butt-jointed groups of 5 (I believe it's known as "block parquet").
