"DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! While laying a solid wood floor one of his team put a nail through my main water pipe which flooded the room ruining the wood that had just been laid and part of the wall removed to expose the nailed pipe. I have been attempting to contact him to sort out the remedial work required to fix it for over 3 weeks and he is not answering any calls or messages. I understand accidents happen and would have been happy had he just had the decency to work quickly to fix the mess that has resulted. I am now seriously out of pocket and pursuing legal action."
