Current Karndean floor showing signs of condensation. Sub floor is magnasite and we have been advised to have this removed and replaced.
Simon went above and beyond my expectations throughout the project. He was so helpful which made the upheaval of having to move out a little easier.
I would highly recommend Simon to anyone looking for a sincere and professional builder.
I will be engaging with Simon again in the future I am certain.
