"Brett very helpful throughout. Good job done on floors. A little confusion over whether or not skirting had been included in price ... but fair enough ... sorted quickly by Brett. Workmen not quite as careful as I would have liked, but we do have some heavy furniture that needed moving. We also had oak doors installed, above original planned work, and these look good. Not quite as professional with the doors and one had a small split at lock. This was replaced OK ... again sorted by Brett. Overall quite happy with Norsk and price was reasonable."
