Fit & supply Oak engineered flooring for 2 rooms (approx. 16' x 13' and 16' x 15'). Sub surface is concrete covered in tiles.
The floor was laid without any expansion gap on most walls. The spacers were left in when the skirting was done. The skirting job was frankly appalling. I have had to engage another firm (CB Carpenters & Joiners - highly recommended!) to put right the floor and replace 45m of skirting. As evidence I have taken pictures of the initial job that was done!

Have floating bamboo flooring which has been down for 10 years. There are scratches and marking in heavy wear areas as well as some random scratches and marking in 3-4 other areas& 3-4 narrow gaps which need filled. Would like floor sanded and finished.
