Slawek prepared, sanded and sealed our floorboards throughout the ground floor of our house. He was competive and completed the job to high standard. Slawek was always 'on time' and as the job was completed while we were away on holiday we had no hesitation leaving our keys with him. He even took photographs of additional essential work that he carried out. Slawek is really nice guy and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

lay carpets in 2 bedrooms and possibly to fit carpet on the landing and stairs.
Derek was really helpful and did a great job on our hall, stairs and landing. He then came back and fitted 2 bedrooms. His work is of a very high standard. He was punctual, friendly and I would highly recommend him.

Area to be covered is 2 receptions on ground floor of (furnished) house, total area 30 square metres. Underfloor is concrete so damp proof layer also required. Currently covered by carpet. I suspect parquet floor or engineered board will be the best solution.
They did a fantastic job and completed the job very quickly. Very pleasant guys and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

Unsold Job, Updated Details : Pre-existing tiled floor needing UFH repair - wire damaged from previous tile repair. Original : Our electrical underfloor heating was damaged in the summer when a tiler was replacing a tile that kept "lifting". So we have a rough idea where the damage is. However, we have no idea who the matting is manufactured by so have not sourced a repair kit at this stage. We need someone to repair the cable then refit the tile/s.

Two stage job. We are having fitted wardrobes installed into two bedrooms (4 sections in total). Initially we need the carpets pulled up so that they can fit the wardrobes. Then we'd need you to return a few days later (once the wardrobes have been fitted) to refit the carpets around the wardrobes. Time is quite short on this job. The wardrobe fitters are due in on 8th May. So carpets need pulling up no later than first thing on the 8th. Ideally fitted back down on Friday the 11th May. Or the day after at the very latest.

I have a small room that needs new floorboards. These floor boards are new tongue and groove pine from Wickes. There is also a hallway leading to the front door that is connected to the main room that needs flooring (see diagram). There also used to be a cupboard under the stairs that didn't have a floor. I need to fit floor joists and supports in this area (see diagram and photo). The supports need to have a damp course membrane. The total flooring is probably about 21 square metres. I would love to get this job finished before Xmas if possible. Ideal start date: ASAP
