"I was not happy with their customer service surely. Next day after their completion while i was cleaning the floor and hoovering i found some spacing left between some planks so i rang them to comeback and repair the problem. They promised to came back in 2 or 3 days, which they didnt and i phoned them back and again they promised to come but still did not turn up. Now i have been trying to contact them for a week and there is no answer or whatever. POOR, VERY POOR."

"firstly I was very happy with the price given for the job and the work that was completed. Wayne of [COMPANY NAME] is basically a very nice guy to deal with although the one aspect of it that holds me back from really giving him and his company a good rating is the fact that after paying him in full for the job he never cam back to finish off some skirting board, fitting a light and some other small bits of making good. It has left me feeling let down and confused why someone would do a good job for you and then spoil it all by not having the decency to finish tohe job off??"
