"Very disappointing. He gave us a good quotation which we accepted. He was coming to do the job a few weeks ago but had to cancel on the day because he had hurt his knee. We contacted him again a few days ago and arranged him to come to do the job this afternoon. He phoned after 1pm to say we were too far away and it wouldn't worth his while coming over! We had cleared the conservatory twice now for him to work easily and we feel we have been let down. Judging by the other ratings he has had he appears to be good at his job but we are unable to rate his quality or value. I would recommend anyone who may decide to use him to get a confirmation that he knows where they are and that he is able to come and do the job before accepting his quote or undertaking any preparatory work."
