Reviews of Flooring Specialists in St James', Oldham

St James', OL4

Under £1,000
Please Prepare/supply concrete base 8ft x 3ft base in garden, also upgrade an existing base to 7ft x 1ft. Thanks
Gary came round to give me a quote which I accepted, he said he could also build the shed for me which was the second part of the job. He started a week later. Gary and Wayne turned up as planned and got straight to work. Did an excellent job and I would certainly recommend them. Thanks very much. Regards from John.

I'm not sure
To supply & fit or fit only of solid wood light oak flooring, probably laquered rather than oiled as I'm looking for low maintenance, to lounge (16'x11'6") and hall (16'x3'4") S & F or fit only of Amtico or Karndean flooring to kitchen (12'x7'6") & WC (3'x5'). My house is 5 years old with screeded concrete floors. I would prefer quotes to be both for going under the skirting and for fitting with architrave to the skirting.
