I will order these myself via the internet at £32.15 per pack unless advised of a cheaper source. The room measures 5.5 metres both ways with a chimney breast.

Currently have laminate effect vinyl flooring in our kitchen & want this to be replaced & have a tiled floor.
We have had new windows & doors installed in 2007. We believe there is enough room to lay a tiled floor, including underlay & there still be room for the door to open.
Our kitchen is approx 16' x 7'4".
