"Piotr (he is happy with Peter which is easier to pronounce) came and quoted on the job and we agreed on a lower price than he originally quoted. When I returned home to find the job completed, he had done extra bits and pieces that we had not agreed upon despite the fact I had negotiated for a lower price. I was so pleased with the quality of the work that I paid him the original price he suggested which I now believe was a very fair price for the amount of work and the quality of work he provides. He also has a very pleasant and friendly attitude and is trustworthy (he had a door key for the duration of the job) - I was so pleased that I have agreed that he can pass my number on to customers if they want to discuss the details of the job he has done for me. I will certainly be getting him back to do additional work in the future."
